【摘要】 论文利用安徽省4市19个村庄调研数据,运用DID模型验证土地股份合作对农村劳动力非农转移的促进作用的总效应,同时,运用Logit模型及多元回归模型检验其作用路径。研究显示:加入土地股份合作社对农户家庭劳动力转移率和劳均转移时间皆具有正向显著的影响;土地股份合作通过提升流转环节的农地产权强度和产权安全、释放束缚于农业上的劳动力资源和促进农户家庭收入增加等,促进了农村劳动力的非农转移,并延长了农村劳动力非农转移的时间。因此,为了稳定农村劳动力的非农转移,应在有条件的地方积极推进土地股份合作;同时,明晰土地股份合作社的收益分配办法和入股农户在合作社的收益权,提高入股农户对农地产权安全性感知,确保入股农户获得不断增加的稳定的入股收益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the survey data of 19 villages in 4 cities of Anhui Province,using the DID model and Logit model,the study confirms the total effectiveness and the action path of land joint-stock cooperation on the non-agricultural migration of rural labor. The results show that: Joining the land joint-stock cooperation has a positive and significant influence on the transfer rate and the average transfer time of non-agricultural migration of rural labor. Land joint-stock cooperation effectively promotes the non-agricultural migration of rural labor by enhancing the intensity and security of farmland property rights,releasing labor resources bound to farm and promoting the increase of household income of farmers. Therefore,in order to further stabilize the non-agricultural migration of rural labor,we should actively promote the development of land stock cooperatives in conditional areas,at the same time,further clarify the profit distribution methods of land stock cooperatives and the income rights of farmers in cooperatives,improve the farmers’ perception of the security of farm land property rights and ensure that the farmers can obtain increasing and stable income in land stock cooperatives.更多还原
