【Abstract】 Cultivating a high degree of cultural self-confidence is the inevitable requirement to construct a socialist cultural power with Chinese characteristics. In the new era, a strengthened university students’ cultural confidence cultivation is the epoch mission to achieve great Chinese national rejuvenation, the ground to carry forward socialist core values, the internal driving force to practice ideological and political education, and the spiritual pillar to resist the decadent western culture. At present, various problems exist among university students, such as misinterpreting the excellent traditional Chinese culture, mocking the Party’s revolutionary culture, challenging the advanced socialist culture and worshiping Western cultural trends. To cultivate university students’ cultural confidence in the new era, it is critical to strengthen the classroom teaching infiltration, to optimize the cultural ecology, to carry out practical activities on and off campus, and to pay attention to the social and cultural atmosphere orientation.更多还原
