液氯罐区泄露扩散分析以及罐区封闭方案的探讨

【摘要】 通过Fluent流体力学模拟软件,对某液氯罐区泄露事故时氯气在封闭罐区内的扩散规律进行研究,结合模拟结果对罐区封闭的建筑、暖通方案进行探讨。结果表明,发生液氯储罐泄漏事故时,越靠近地面,氯气聚集程度越高,提高对流风速有利于控制氯气的扩散高度和缩小氯气扩散空间。设计了一套高效的事故氯收集和吸收处理装置,并对事故风机进行了选型设计。

【Abstract】 This study examines the diffusion law of chlorine gas in closed tank area during the leakage accident of a liquid chlorine tank area by using Fluent fluid mechanics simulation software,and the closed building and HVAC schemes of the tank area are discussed based on the simulation results.The results show that when a liquid chlorine storage tank leaks,the closer to the ground,the higher the degree of chlorine accumulation.Increasing the convective wind speed is beneficial to control the diffusion height of chlorine and reduce the chlorine diffusion space.A set of high-efficiency accident chlorine collection and absorption treatment equipment was designed,and the accident fan was selected and designed.
