少齿差传动滚筒式振动筛的设计
【摘要】 作为建筑工程中的重要材料,混凝土的使用量日益增加,因此残余混凝土的回收再利用是必不可缺的。滚筒筛可筛分残余混凝土,进而对混凝土回收利用。针对普通式滚筒筛效率低、能耗大、体积大的问题,本研究设计了一款新型少齿差传动的滚筒式振动筛。结果表明:该传动系统在传递扭矩的同时,也使筛体产生了振动,不需要单独添加振动电机,提高了效率,减少了能耗。
【Abstract】 As an important material in construction projects, the use of concrete is increasing day by day,so the recycling of residual concrete is indispensable. The roller screen can screen the residual concrete and recycle the concrete. Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, large energy consumption and large volume of ordinary drum screen, a new drum vibrating screen with small tooth difference transmission is designed in this study. The results show that the transmission system not only transmits torque, but also causes vibration of the screen body. There is no need to add a vibration motor alone, which not only improves efficiency, but also reduces energy consumption.
