【Abstract】 Protein-related knowledge is an important content of chemical biology courses in colleges and universities. Henan Agricultural University tries to introduce the knowledge content of PDBsum database into related teaching. PDBsum database is a unique 3D protein structure analysis database, which contains detailed protein spatial structure and related resource data information.
