基于CATIA的福田雷沃驱动桥壳的轻量化分析

【摘要】 采用CATIA软件对福田雷沃轻型货车的驱动桥壳进行几何建模,利用CATIA中的分析模块对桥壳进行静力分析和模态分析,从而检测桥壳是否有足够的强度和刚度,并对桥壳采取轻量化设计。仿真结果表明:在满足要求的基础上,对桥壳进行轻量化改进,在最大垂向力工况和最大牵引力工况下,验证了改进后的桥壳依旧满足强度要求,减轻了桥壳的重量,减少了材料的使用,完成了桥壳的轻量化。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly uses CATIA software to carry out geometric modeling of the drive axle housing of Foton Revo light truck, and then uses the analysis module of CATIA to carry out static analysis and modal analysis of the axle housing, so as to detect whether the axle housing has enough strength and stiffness and the lightweight design is adopted for the axle housing. The simulation results show that on the basis of meeting the requirements, the lightweight improvement of the axle housing is carried out. Under the maximum vertical force condition and the maximum traction condition, it is verified that the improved axle housing still meets the strength requirements, reduces the weight of the axle housing, reduces the use of materials, and completes the lightweight of the axle housing.
