【摘要】 目的探索医护协作型慢性难愈合溃疡门诊的建立及实施效果。方法契合国家卫生健康委员会发布的《关于加强体表慢性难愈合性创面(溃疡)诊疗管理工作的通知》精神,通过组建医护协作团队,完善慢性难愈合溃疡门诊医护协作配置、明确工作职责及流程,形成医护协作型的慢性难愈合溃疡诊疗模式。结果医护协作型慢性难愈合溃疡门诊建立后,2019年6月—2020年12月与2018年1月—2019年5月相比,难愈合性溃疡接诊量增加了23.9%,治愈率提升明显(P<0.05);患者及医护人员满意度均提高(P<0.05)。结论医护协作型慢性难愈合溃疡门诊的建立,提高了慢性难愈合溃疡诊疗效果和服务能力,满足了患者的治疗需求,对慢性难愈合溃疡的管理、伤口专业人才执业发展及护理门诊专业化的建设提供借鉴与启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a chronic refractory ulcer clinic with doctor-nurse collaboration and to explore its application effect. Methods In line with Notice on strengthening the management of diagnosis and treatment of chronic refractory wounds(ulcers) issued by National Health Commission, a doctor-nurse collaboration team was established. With clear working responsibilities and procedures, the doctor-nurse collaboration mode for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic refractory ulcer was implemented.Results After the establishment of the clinic for chronic refractory ulcer, the number of patients with chronic refractory ulcer increased by 23.9% from June 2019 to December 2020 when compared with that from January 2018 to May 2019 and the cure rate was significantly improved(P <0.05). The satisfaction of patients and medical staff was increased(P <0.05). Conclusion The establishment of chronic refractory ulcer clinic with doctor-nurse collaboration improves the diagnosis and treatment effect and meets the needs of patients. It provides reference and inspiration for the management of chronic refractory ulcer, practice development of wound professionals and construction of nursing clinic specialization.更多还原
