【Abstract】 This experiment studied the optimum technological conditions for extracting gardenia yellow pigment from gardenia of Fuding in eastern Fujian. Through single factor test and orthogonal test, four influencing factors of ethanol concentration,temperature, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time were discussed, and the optimal extraction process was obtained as follows: 70%ethanol, temperature 40℃, solid-liquid ratio 1∶5 and extraction time 3 h.更多还原
