硒对砷污染土壤中丛枝菌根真菌生长的影响
Effect of selenium on the growth of arbuscularmycorrhizal fungi in arsenic-contaminated soil
【摘要】 丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)在生态系统中承担了养分媒介的角色,可为宿主植物提供土壤中的P、N等矿质元素,提高宿主植物的抗逆性。本实验研究了亚硒酸钠(Se(IV))、硒酸钠(Se(VI))、酵母硒(Se-Y)和麦芽硒(Se-M)对砷污染土壤中丛枝菌根真菌生长的影响差异。结果表明,适量施硒有利于土壤中AMF的生长,且随着施硒浓度的增加而促进生长。砷污染土壤不利于AMF的生长,砷污染越严重,AMF含量越低,施硒能够有效促进砷污染土壤中AMF的生长。对于砷污染土壤,适当的补硒可以有效增加土壤中的AMF真菌含量。该结论可为农业安全生产提供相应的应用参考。
【Abstract】 Arbuscularmycorrhizal fungi(AMF)play the role of nutrient mediators in the ecosystem, and can provide host plants with mineral elements such as P and N in the soil and improve the host plant’s resistance to stress.The effects of selenium(Se(IV)),selenium(Se(VI)),selenium yeast(Se-Y)and selenium malt(Se-M)on arbuscularmycorrhizal fungi in arsenic contaminated soil were studied.The results show that the appropriate amount of selenium was beneficial to the growth of AMF in the soil, and the growth was promoted as the concentration of selenium increased.Arsenic contaminated soil is not conducive to the growth of AMF.The more serious the arsenic pollution is, the lower the AMF content.Application of selenium can effectively promote the growth of AMF in arsenic-contaminated soil.For arsenic-contaminated soil, appropriate selenium supplementation can effectively increase the content of AMF fungi in the soil.This conclusion can provide a corresponding reference for agricultural safety production.
