胭脂果系列产品开发
Development of Series Products of Padus napaulensis
【摘要】 胭脂果是一种季节性水果,果实呈圆形,果皮为紫红色,具有独特的风味和口感,所含营养物质丰富且具有多重保健功效,分别介绍了10种胭脂果产品的加工工艺流程、操作要点和质量要求,改变了其传统的加工食用方式,丰富了产品形态,为胭脂果深加工及功能食品的开发提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 Padus napaulensis is a seasonal fruit,fruit assumes the circular,the skin is purple,has a unique flavor and taste,contains rich nutrients and has multiple health care effect,this paper respectively introduced the 10 kinds of Padus napaulensis products processing technological process,operating key points and quality requirements, changed the traditional way of eating,for Padus napaulensis deep processing and the development of functional food.
