基于校企合作协同育人模式的“食品仪器分析”课程教学改革与探索
Teaching Reform of Food Instrument Analysis Course Base on College-enterprise Cooperative Education Mode
【摘要】 校企合作协同育人是培养应用型新工科人才的重要举措之一,可有效对接高等教育改革与企业人才需求。高校工科类专业课程往往需要具备实用性和实效性,这就需要人才培养与社会发展需求双向协调,共同推进高校教学实践改革。以"食品仪器分析"课程为例,从课程特点、课程体系、师资队伍、实验平台、实践基地等方面探讨教学改革的可能方向及举措,为校企合作协同育人背景下工科类专业课程的教学改革提供一些建议。
【Abstract】 College-enterprise cooperative education mode is one of important measures for training new application-oriented engineering talents,which can effectively dock the high education reform and the enterprise requirement for talents.Generally,engineering courses in colleges and universities need to be practical and effective,which requires the two-way coordination between talent training and social needs,and jointly promote the reform of teaching practices.Taking Food Instrument Analysis course for an example,the paper discussed the potential directions and measures for its teaching reformation in the aspects of course characteristics,course system,teaching staff,experimental platform and practice base,providing some suggestions for the teaching reform of engineering courses under the background of college-enterprise cooperative education.
