【摘要】 从U.S.News、QS、THE、CUSR、ARWU、RCCSE六大学科评价指标入手,分析发现当前主流学科评价以学术为导向,具体表现在:一是将学科评价"剃"简为科研评价;二是将科研评价"剃"简为学术影响评价。在知识与经济双重转型的背景下,应以服务需求为导向重建学科评价。走向服务需求导向的学科评价,需要树立以服务需求为导向的评价理念;引入更加广泛的评价主体。此外,还需要通过加强科研的"非学术影响"评价来强化科研服务需求,完善以服务需求为导向的人才培养及社会服务的评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the important six subject evaluation index of U.S.News, QS, THE,CUSR,ARWU and RCCSE,it is found that the current mainstream subject evaluation is academic-oriented, which is reflected in two aspects: First, the subject evaluation is simplified as research evaluation; Second, the research evaluation is simplified as academic impact evaluation.Under the macro background of innovation-driven development strategy, the subject evaluation should be reconstructed to be service demand-oriented.To form a subject evaluation based on service demand-oriented, it is necessary to establish the evaluation concept of service demand-oriented, introduce a wider evaluation subject.In addition, strengthen the demand for research services by strengthening the non-academic evaluation of research, improve the personnel training and the social service evaluation oriented by service demand.更多还原
