基于结构方程的创客空间馆员激励因素识别与监测
Identification and Monitoring of Motivation Factors for Makerspaces Librarians Based on Structural Equations
【摘要】 文章以课题组数据库中从事创客空间工作的馆员为采集对象,获得342条有效数据,以激励创客空间馆员更有效工作为视角,构建4项潜变量和22个观测变量,经实证分析显示:保障激励效果最为明显,职业发展、资源制度、绩效评价和协作关系指标权重最高。提出4点建议:1.健全配套制度与提供资源支持;2.完善业绩评价体系,明确馆员职业发展通道:3.加强馆员与创客间协作;4.加强馆员培训,适当增加工作挑战性。
【Abstract】 Taking the librarian engaged in makerspaces work in the database of the research group as the collection object, 342 valid data were obtained, and from the perspective of motivating the makerspaces librarian to work more effectively, 4 latent variables and 22 observation variables were constructed. The empirical analysis shows that the effect of guarantee incentives is the most obvious, and the indicators of professional development, resource system, performance evaluation and collaboration relationship have the highest weight. Put forward 4 suggestions: 1. improve the supporting system and provide resource support; 2. improve the performance evaluation system and clarify the career development channel for librarians: 3. strengthen the collaboration between librarians and makers; 4. strengthen the training of librarians and increase work appropriately challenge.
