【摘要】 目的:探讨中医药辨证治疗慢性胰腺炎(CP)的方剂组成和用药规律。方法:整理各数据库建库至2020年12月有关治疗慢性胰腺炎的中医文献,筛选出符合纳入标准的文献并建立中药复方数据库,对药物实施频数及频率统计、药物分类分析、关联规则分析等,分析常用药物的功效分布及常用药对、3味药的组合。结果:共纳入处方82个,涉及中药169味,高频药物有柴胡、大黄、白芍、延胡索、黄芩、白术等,其功效类别主要为补虚药、理气药、活血化瘀药、清热药等10类,常用药物组合为柴胡-白芍、柴胡-黄芩-白芍。结论:中医治疗慢性胰腺炎以健脾益气、疏肝理气、活血化瘀为主,可为临床辨治慢性胰腺炎提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the prescription composition and medication law of TCM dialectical treatment of chronic pancreatitis. Methods the TCM literatures on the treatment of chronic pancreatitis from December 2020 were sorted out,the literatures meeting the inclusion criteria were selected,and the TCM compound database was established. The frequency and frequency statistics of drugs,drug classification analysis and association rule analysis were carried out,and the efficacy distribution of commonly used drugs and the combination of commonly used drug pairs and three drugs were analyzed. Results a total of 82 prescriptions were included,involving 169 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine. High frequency drugs included bupleurum,rhubarb,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Corydalis,Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,etc. the main efficacy categories were tonifying deficiency drugs,regulating qi drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis drugs,heat clearing drugs,etc. the commonly used drug combinations were Bupleurum Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Bupleuri Radix Scutellariae radix paeoniae alba. Conclusion TCM treatment of chronic pancreatitis is mainly to invigorate the spleen and replenish qi,soothe the liver and regulate qi,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,which can provide reference for clinical treatment of chronic pancreatitis.更多还原
