【摘要】 补中益气汤是著名补土派大家李东垣的代表处方之一,由黄芪、白术、人参、炙甘草、当归、陈皮、升麻和柴胡组成,在临床上有着非常广泛的应用,正确选择使用方剂的剂量对于临床疗效有着十分显著的影响。文章通过查阅文献资料,分析宋金元时期药用衡制以此为依据折算得出补中益气汤的现代对应剂量,并以此为例为古方今用剂量使用提供一定的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is one of the representative prescriptions of Li Dongyuan, a famous person of the school of invigorating the spleen. It is composed of Astragalus membranaceus, Atractylodes macrocephala, ginseng, roasted licorice, Angelica sinensis, tangerine peel, Cimicifuga and Bupleurum. Throughout ancient and modern times, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has a very wide range of clinical applications, and the correct choice of the dosage of prescription has a very significant impact on clinical efficacy.However, there are some differences in the understanding and application of ancient prescriptions in modern times. Therefore, it is of great significance to master the medicinal measure of weight in song, Jin and Yuan Dynasties to improve the curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. Based on the analysis of the system of medicinal balance in song, Jin and Yuan Dynasties, the modern corresponding dose of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction was obtained, and take this as an example to provide a certain reference significance for using Ancient prescriptions for today.更多还原
