民办高校辅导员离职的影响因素分析
Analysis of the Influencing Factors on the Counselors Resignation in Private Colleges
【摘要】 目前造成民办高校辅导员离职的原因主要有:内部管理体制建设不全,市场化模式使管理目标定位存在飘移现象;"岗位—职责"不匹配,辅导员事务性活动频率高,但存在感不强;培育机制单一,培育质量不高,没有重视辅导员的心理动向和职业发展规划。稳定民办高校辅导员队伍的建议有:明确辅导员工作内容,建立有效辅导员考核制度,落实辅导员福利待遇问题,弱化高校内部"等级"划分,推动辅导员综合职业能力培养,强化辅导员工作的专业化地位等。
【Abstract】 At present,the main reasons for the resignation of counselors in private colleges are as follows:(1)the construction of the internal management system is incomplete,and the market-oriented mode makes the management target orientation drift;(2)post-responsibility mismatch,counselor transactional activity frenquency is high,but the sence of existence is weak;(3)the cultivation mechanism is monotous,the quality of cultivation is low,and no attention is attached to conselor’s psychological trend and career development plan. The suggestions to stabilize the counselor team in private colleges include clarifying the counselor’s work content,establishing an effective counselor evaluation system, implementing the counselor’s welfare, weakening the internal“grade”division of colleges and universities,promoting the comprehensive professional ability training of counselors and strengthening the professional status of counselor’s work.
