【摘要】 目的:观察在化妆品接触性皮炎患者中应用他克莫司联合地奈德乳膏的疗效及对患者血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的影响。方法:选择2016年1月-2019年12月笔者医院收治的80例化妆品接触性皮炎患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与联合组(40例)。对照组应用地奈德乳膏治疗,联合组在对照组基础上应用他克莫司治疗。比较两组的症状评分、临床疗效及血清IgE、TGF-β、IL-10水平变化,比较两组的不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组的症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的IgE水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),TGF-β和IL-10水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),与对照组比较,联合组的IgE水平更低(P<0.05),TGF-β和IL-10水平更高(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对化妆品接触性皮炎患者应用他克莫司联合地奈德乳膏疗效确切,能够减轻皮肤炎症,降低过敏反应,且安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of tacrolimus combined with dinaide cream on patients with cosmetic dermatitis and its effects on serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),transforming growth factor β(TGF-β),interleukin-10(IL-10) Impact.Methods Using random number method,80 cases of cosmetic dermatitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were divided into the control group(40 cases) and the combined group(40 cases).The control group was treated with dinaide cream,and the combination group was combined with tacrolimus on the basis of the control group.Symptom scores,clinical effects,and changes in serum IgE,TGF-β,and IL-10 levels were compared between the two groups,and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the clinical effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the IgE levels of the two groups after treatment,the levels of TGF-β and IL-10 were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of TGF-β and IL-10 were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the IgE level of the combined group was lower(P<0.05),and TGF-β And IL-10 levels were higher(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Applying tacrolimus and dinaide cream to patients with cosmetic dermatitis is effective,can reduce skin inflammation and reduce allergic reactions,and has a high cure rate and is safe and reliable.更多还原
