【摘要】 目的观察"蹼式"矫治术治疗儿童重度隐匿性阴茎(concealed penis,CP)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年12月安徽省儿童医院泌尿二科收治的24例先天性重度CP患儿的临床资料和随访结果。所有患儿均采用"蹼式"矫治术治疗,术后随访6～12个月,观察术后疗效并总结治疗经验。结果患儿年龄2～10岁,中位年龄6.23岁,临床表现为阴茎外观短小,呈"土丘状"外观,触摸挤压阴茎体发育良好,阴茎体在包皮下滑动,与阴茎皮肤附着不良,均有包皮口狭窄,不能显露阴茎头,有排尿时"鼓包"现象。所有患儿采用"蹼式"矫治术治疗,手术顺利,平均手术时间(49.91±4.72) min,术中平均出血量(6.62±2.13) ml,无切口感染、裂开、皮肤坏死等并发症出现。术后随访阴茎显露良好,无顽固性水肿出现。结论 "蹼式"矫治术治疗重度CP效果确切,外观更美观、自然,手术操作简单,且安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of “Web” correction for the treatment of severe concealed penis in children. Methods The clinical data for 24 children with congenital severe occult penis treated at the second Department of Urology of Anhui Children’s Hospital between June 2019 and December 2020 were analyzed retrospectively. The children were 2-10 years old, with a median age of 6.23 years. The clinical manifestations included a short penis appearance which buried below the surface of prepubic skin, well-developed penis but not attached to the penile skin, narrow prepuce opening and unable to expose the glans penis, and“swell”phenomenon during urination. All children were treated via“Web”correction. They were followed up for 6-12 months to observe the postoperative curative effect and summarize the treatment experience. Results The“Web”operation was successful in all children. The average operation time was(49.91±4.72) min. The intraoperative bleeding volume was 6-10 ml, with an average of(6.62±2.13)ml. There were no complications, such as incision infection,dehiscence, and skin necrosis. During postoperative follow-up, the penis was well exposed without intractable edema. Conclusion “Web”correction is simple and effective for the treatment of severe concealed penis, resulting in a natural appearance.更多还原
