【摘要】 针对企业招聘难、产教融合难、学生就业难等"三难"现象,通过政行企校四方协同"石榴花"精神铸魂育人,将职业素养全程嵌入工学结合课程体系。以基于模具全工作过程的3个产教融合平台为链条抓手,通过竞赛工程、质量工程和荣誉工程等3项工程的检验评价,提升学生的职业基础能力、职业岗位能力和职业发展能力。培养"精设计、能制造、会装调、懂管理、可发展"的高素质模具人才,立德树人成才,赢得了良好的社会声誉,探索出了一条适合地方高职院校人才培养的新路。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the phenomenon of“three difficulty”, such as: the difficulty of enterprise recruitment, the difficulty of integration of production and education, the difficulty of college students employment, four synergy cooperative education institutions educate students by the“pomegranate flowers”spirit through government, industry, enterprise and college,the school embed professional quality into the whole course system of combining work with study. Three production and education integration platforms based on the whole working process of the die &mold are used as chain grippers, it improve students’ vocational basic ability, vocational post ability and vocational development ability through the competition engineering,quality engineering and honor engineering inspection and evaluation.The school cultivates high quality die & mold talents who are able to design,manufacture, assemble and adjust,understand management and develop,the school strengthen moral education and cultivate students to be successful, and won a good social reputation. A new way suitable for talents training in local higher vocational colleges has been explored.更多还原
