基于Moldex 3D对注射成型厚壁金属零件进行缺陷预测及分析
Prediction and analysis of defects in thick wall metal injection parts based on Moldex 3D
【摘要】 通过对金属注射成型厚壁零件进行结构分析,评估零件成型过程中存在的难点,利用计算机软件辅助设计了4组方案,预测注射阶段成型零件可能出现的缺陷,并分析其产生的原因。通过比较各组优缺点,确定最终注射成型方案,注射阶段存在难以改善的翘曲变形,在增设随形烧结垫块后,得到了改良的成型零件。
【Abstract】 Through the structural analysis of the thick wall parts of metal injection moulding, the difficulties in the process of parts moulding were evaluated. Four schemes were designed by using computer software to predict the possible defects of injection parts and analyzed the causes. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each group, the final injection scheme was determined. It was difficult to improve the warpage in the injection stage. After adding the following sintering substrates, the improved moulding parts were obtained.
