【摘要】 本文运用控制论和信息论分析北京大兴国际机场工程总进度综合管控中信息流的运动,研究总进度综合管控中信息体系的建立、信息沟通的组织形式以及信息处理的方法和措施,提出总进度综合管控的基础是信息,综合管控信息管理实质上是进度计划信息的建立和进度控制信息的动态处理循环过程。通过构建总进度综合管控信息收集、复核、分析、呈现与反馈的动态循环框架,为大兴机场工程总进度综合管控决策提供支持,以确保总进度目标的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using cybernetics and information theory,this paper analyzes the movement of information flow in the comprehensive control of general schedule and progress of the Beijing Daxing International Airport project.And the establishment of information system,the organization form of information communication and the methods and measures for information processing in the comprehensive control are discussed.It is proposed that the foundation of the progress comprehensive control is information,and the essential of the comprehensive control information management is the establishment of schedule information and the dynamic processing cycle of progress control information.By building a dynamic cycle framework for the collection,review,analysis,presentation and feedback of information,the decision support of the comprehensive control of general schedule and progress can be provided for largescale airport projects so as to ensure the realization of the target completion time of general schedule.更多还原
