【Abstract】 The application of Competency-based Training and Assessment is a relatively new field of civil aviation training in the world. With the work done by ICAO and IATA on the training and qualification measures on the competency-based training and the assessment methods, China is also gradually carrying out related research and practice. Considering that China civil aviation is in the preliminary stage of competency-based training and has an urgent need for it, this paper introduces the document system, general practice and application sharing of ICAO’on competency-based training, aiming to help the industry understand its basic practice and improve the quality and efficiency of work.更多还原
