【摘要】 新疆于田机场工程是我国首例应用总进度综合管控的支线机场。本文基于新疆于田机场工程建设的实践经验,全面分析支线机场工程建设特点,运用进度管控基本理论,探索支线机场工程建设总进度综合管控模式。文章从总进度管控组织机制(Mechanism)、总进度管控计划编制方法(Method)和总进度计划执行管控措施(Measure)三方面研究提出支线机场工程总进度综合管控"4M~*3"模式,以期为支线机场工程进度管控工作提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xinjiang Yutian Airport is the first feeder airport in China to apply comprehensive control of general progress of construction project. Based on the practice in Xinjiang Yutian Airport project, this paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of feeder airport projects and by using the basic theory of schedule control, explores the comprehensive control mode of general progress of feeder airport project. It develops "4M~*3" comprehensive control mode of general progress of feeder airport project by studying the three aspects of organizational mechanism, method of making general schedule and control measures of schedule execution to provide reference for progress control of feeder airport construction project.更多还原
