【摘要】 为有效解决纺织品易燃,且国内阻燃剂种类少、功能单一等问题,推进阻燃纺织品的产业化,文章对国内外阻燃纺织品的发展历程及发展差异进行了阐述。纺织品的阻燃改性是提高其阻燃性能的有效措施,文中介绍了纺织品的阻燃改性方法如复配协效改性、超细化改性、微胶囊改性以及交联改性等,对各类改性方法的特点以及制备阻燃纺织品中存在的问题进行了分析并提出建议,同时总结了目前阻燃行业存在的问题及相应的解决方案。最后指出阻燃生态化、智能多功能化、环保耐久型的阻燃纺织品会成为未来产业化的趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of flammability of textiles, few types of flame retardants and single function in China effectively, and promote the industrialization of flame retardant textiles, the development process and development differences of flame retardant textiles at home and abroad was studied. Flame retardant modification of textiles is an effective measure to improve their flame retardant properties. In this paper, the flame retardant modification methods of textiles, such as compound synergistic modification, ultra-fine modification, microcapsule modification and cross-linking modification were introduced, the characteristics of various modification methods and the problems existing in the preparation of flame retardant textiles were analysed, and some suggestions were put forward. At the same time, the existing problems and corresponding solutions in the flame retardant industry were summarized.Finally, it is pointed out that flame retardant ecological, intelligent multifunctional, environmental friendly and durable flame retardant textiles will become the trend of industrialization in the future.更多还原
