椰炭改性涤纶/羊毛/二醋酯纤维赛络紧密纺包芯纱的开发
Development of coconut charcoal modified polyester/wool/diacetate fibers compact-siro core-spun yarn
【摘要】 探讨采用反向S捻包芯纱技术开发二醋酯弹力混纺纱的工艺。针对二醋酯纤维相较于其他纤维强度偏低的特点,通过采用多组分纤维混纺的方法使纤维性能优势互补;考虑到二醋酯纤维强度较低而羊毛纤维长度离散性较大的特点,采取了和毛工序分步开松混合、加大各工序隔距参数、偏低控制定量、降低生产速度、控制车间温湿度等一系列措施。为使得反向捻纱线生产更加顺利,对细纱机进行改进,设计加装了包芯纱芯丝定位装置。产品的开发拓展了二醋酯纤维的应用范围。
【Abstract】 The spinning process of reverse S-twist compact-siro spandex core-spun of diacetate fiber was discussed. By considering the strength of diacetate fiber is relatively low compared with other fibers and large dispersion characteristics of wool fibers, in the process, the combination of multi-component spinning was tried. A series of technology measures were adopted such as multi-step mixing and opening in the fearnaught process, the main gauge parameters were increased, the sliver weight per unit, the production speed at a lower level and reasonable temperature and humidity in the workshops were controlled. A special positioning control device was designed to made the reverse S-twist yarn produce successfully. The development of the product has expanded the application range of the diacetate fiber.
