【摘要】 研究生作为我国人才培养的高层次群体,是国家经济社会发展建设的重要核心力量。高校应培养一批批具有强烈集体荣誉感的人才,这些优秀人才进入社会某一行业领域必将推动所在行业领域组织迅速发展前进。相关调查显示,新时代研究生集体荣誉感认同度还存在问题,需要进一步加强和引导。文章通过文献分析法、问卷调查法、深度访谈法、实证研究法等,从加强社会主义核心价值观教育、加强积极心理品质教育、加强人文素质教育、发挥导师言传身教作用等方面,探究新时代研究生集体荣誉感的激励引导策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a high-level group of personnel training in China, graduate students are an important core force in the construction of national economic and social development. Colleges and universities should cultivate a group of talents with a strong sense of collective honor. The entry of these talents into a certain industry will promote the rapid development of the industry organization. Relevant surveys show that there are still some problems in the recognition of graduate students’ collective sense of honor in the new era, which need to be further strengthened and guided. Through the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, in-depth interview and empirical research, this paper explores the incentive and guidance strategies of graduate students’ collective sense of honor in the new era from the aspects of strengthening the education of socialist core values, strengthening the education of positive psychological quality, strengthening the education of humanistic quality, and giving full play to the role of tutors.更多还原
