【摘要】 患者,女,24岁。面、躯干、双上肢红斑、鳞屑伴痒3个月。皮肤科查体:面部、躯干、双上肢散在分布绿豆至黄豆大红斑,上有少许白色鳞屑,部分皮损中心破损结痂。皮肤镜检查提示可能存在真菌感染,建议行真菌检查。真菌涂片镜检:菌丝阳性;真菌培养为犬小孢子菌。诊断为体癣。经抗真菌治疗后痊愈,随访无复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 24-year-old female presented with erythema, scales and itching on her face, trunk and upper limbs for 3 months. Dermatological examination showed face, trunk, both upper limbs scattered in mung beans to soybeans size erythema, with a few white scales and necrosis in the center of some lesions. Dermoscopic examination showed some fungal infection evidences and fungal examination was recommended. Fungal smear microscopy showed hyphae positive. The fungi were cultured as canine microspore bacteria. The diagnosis of tinea corporis was made and the patient recovered after antifungal therapy and no recurrence.更多还原
