【摘要】 中国共产党建党一百年来,廉政建设与党的发展相伴而行、相互作用。中国共产党之所以能够取得政权和巩固政权,其中一个重要原因就是始终加强党对廉政建设的领导,表现出强大的廉政领导力,走出了一条具有中国特色的廉政建设道路。纵观中国共产党的百年廉政建设史,党的廉政领导力主要表现在以下七个方面:一是廉政引领力,始终坚持强有力的领导和正确的方向;二是廉政组织力,紧紧依靠党组织力量并强化机构建设;三是廉政动员力,充分发挥广大党员和群众力量;四是廉政威慑力,积极采取强有力的惩治手段;五是廉政制度力,不断进行制度建设和制度创新;六是廉政教育力,高度重视党员干部的思想政治教育;七是廉政合作力,大力提升反腐败国际合作能力和水平。党的廉政领导力百年发展中的这些宝贵经验,对新时代党的廉政建设具有重要的借鉴参考作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sinc e the founding of the Communist Party of China(CCP), the construction of clean government and the development of the Party have gone hand in hand and interacted with each other for 100 years. One important reason why the Party is able to obtain and consolidate political power is that it has always strengthened the Party’s leadership in building a clean government, demonstrating a strong leadership, finding a path of clean government construction with Chinese characteristics. A survey of the hundred years of clean governance leads to the discovery of the following demonstrations of the Party’s leadership: Firstly, the leading capabilities in sticking to the powerful leadership in the correct direction;Secondly, the organizing capabilities in its close dependence on the organizing power of the Party and its strengthened organizations; Thirdly, the motivation capabilities coming from its members and the public; Fourthly, the deterrence power in the active measures taken against corruption; Fifthly, the mechanism power from innovations in new mechanisms; Sixthly,the educational power in ideological education for Party members and cadres; Seventhly, cooperation power in clean governance in international cooperation within the area of anti-corruption. Such experience and lessons in the hundred years of clean-governance leadership are to be referenced and drawn from in integrity construction for the Party in the new era.更多还原
