【摘要】 目的探讨外周血白细胞计数在原发性肝癌中的临床价值。方法收集2018年1月至2020年10月在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院普外科肝癌和良性肝脏疾病住院患者病历资料,将其匹配后分为肝癌组和良性肝病组,共54对。记录姓名、年龄、术前3～7 d内外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞绝对值,统计分析差异是否有统计学意义,同时进行双变量线性相关分析。结果与良性肝病组相比,肝癌组白细胞、中性粒细胞及单核细胞计数水平均高于良性肝病组(P<0.05),而淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞差异无统计学意义。双变量线性相关分析得出肝癌组中性粒细胞与单核细胞及嗜碱性粒细胞正相关(P<0.05),而良性肝病组中性粒细胞和单核细胞也存在正相关,而与其他指标无相关性。结论外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞在肝癌组水平升高,并且中性粒细胞与单核细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of white blood cells in peripheral blood among patients with primary liver cancer.Methods The data of inpatients with liver cancer and benign liver diseases in the Department of General Surgery, Anhui Provincial Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were collected, and they were strictly matched and divided into liver cancer group and control group, a total of 54 pairs.Record the name, age, and absolute values of centrioles, leukocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, and basophils in peripheral blood within 3-7 days before surgery, and analyze whether there are statistical differences, and perform bivariate linearity related analysis.Results Compared with the control group, the counts of white blood cells, neutrophils and monocytes in the liver cancer group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in lymphocytes, eosinophils, and basophils.The bivariate linear correlation analysis showed that neutrophils in the liver cancer group were positively correlated with monocytes and basophils(P<0.05),while neutrophils and monocytes in the control group were also positively correlated with other, but not with other indicators.Conclusions The counts of white blood, neutrophils and monocytes are elevated in patients with liver cancer, and neutrophils are positively correlated with monocytes and basophils.更多还原
