【摘要】 目的探讨肾脏实性肿瘤的常规超声表现及造影表现,提高超声诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析86例经手术病理证实的肾脏实性肿瘤的超声表现及造影表现特点。结果 86例肾脏实性肿瘤中恶性病变63例:透明细胞型肾癌(CCRCC) 43例,乳头状肾细胞癌(PRCC) 9例,嫌色细胞型肾癌(CHRCC) 11例; 23例为良性病变:肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(AML) 10例及肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤(RO) 13例。不同病理类型肾肿瘤在CEUS灌注期表现差异有统计学意义;环状高增强在恶性肾肿瘤中具有一定的特异性。结论超声造影对肾脏实性肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断具有一定的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the sonographic and contrast-enhanced features of solid renal tumors and to improve the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound. Methods The ultrasonographic and contrast-enhanced features of 86 cases of renal solid tumors confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 86 cases of solid renal tumors,63 cases were malignant lesions: 43 cases were clear cell renal cell carcinoma( CCRCC),9 cases were papillary renal cell carcinoma( PRCC),11 cases were chromophobe cell renal cell carcinoma( CHRCC); 23 cases were benign lesions: 10 cases were renal angiomyolipoma( AML) and 13 cases were renal oncocytoma( RO). Different pathological types of renal tumors in the perfusion phase of CEUS showed significant differences. Circular hyperenhancement had a certain specificity in malignant renal tumors. Conclusion CEUS has some clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of solid renal tumors.更多还原
