【摘要】 目的探讨FK506结合蛋白(FKBP5)在食管癌中的表达特征及其与食管癌预后、发展的相关性。方法选取49例食管癌患者,这些病例均未进行放化疗,通过免疫组化方法检测FKBP5蛋白在食管癌、癌旁组织的表达。结果 FK506结合蛋白在食管癌癌旁组织中低表达,而在癌组织高表达,表达水平分别是(1.22±1.31)和(7.04±3.55),存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。FK506结合蛋白在食管癌组织的表达水平与肿瘤大小、年龄和pTNM等无相关性(P>0.05),但是3 a生存分析支持食管癌中FKBP5表达低的患者预后更好。结论 FKBP5的表达水平与食管癌存在相关性,提示其表达可能在食管癌发生、发展及预后中有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of FKBP5 in esophageal cancer, and to study the role of FKBP5 in the development and prognosis of esophageal cancer. Methods 49 patients with esophageal cancer were selected, none of which underwent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Immunohistochemistry was used to detected the expression of FKBP5 in esophageal cancer and paracancer tissue. Results FKBP5 expressions were low in paracancer tissues(1.22±1.31), but high in esophageal cancer tissues(7.04±3.55), and there was a statistically significant difference of FKBP5 expressions between 2 groups(P<0.05). The expression of FKBP5 in esophageal cancer tissues were not significantly associated in the tumor size, age and pTNM staging(P>0.05), However, the 3-year survival showed that the prognosis was better in patients with low expression of FKBP5 in esophageal cancer. Conclusion The expression of FKBP5 is related to esophageal cancer, which may play an important role in the occurrence, development and prognosis of esophageal cancer.更多还原
