【摘要】 目的探讨食管癌在放疗过程中位置的移动度范围。方法选取17例食管癌患者,通过定位CT和CBCT在隆突层面测量,以脊柱正中线与脊柱前缘水平线垂直点为零刻度点,测量食管左右和前后方向的移动度,分别比较差值。结果左右方向最大值为2.61 cm,最小值为-1.51 cm,最大差值为2.53 cm,最小差值为0.3 cm。食管位于最左侧均值为1.40 cm,最右侧均值为0.34 cm。两组比较差值为(1.069±0.577) cm, 95%CI为0.771～1.365 cm,t=7.630,P<0.001。在前后方向最大值为1.93 cm,最小值为-0.63 cm,最大差值为1.22 cm,最小差值为0 cm。食管位于最前侧均值为0.98 cm,最后侧均值为0.57 cm。两组比较差值为(0.414±0.278) cm, 95%CI为0.271～0.557 cm,t=6.153,P<0.001。结论食管在左右及前后方向移动度较大,在放疗靶区勾画及治疗定位需要考虑食管移动度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the range of position movement of esophageal cancer during radiotherapy. Methods 17 patients with esophageal cancer were selected. The protuberance level was measured by location CT and CBCT. The vertical point between the spinal midline and the horizontal line of the anterior edge of the spine is the zero scale point. The left and right and anteroposterior displacement of esophagus were measured and compared. Results The maximum value of the left and right direction is 2.61 cm, the minimum value is-1.51 cm, the maximum difference is 2.53 cm, and the minimum difference is 0.3 cm. The mean value of esophagus located on the left side was 1.40 cm, and that on the right side was 0.34 cm. The difference between the two groups was(1.069±0.577) cm, 95% CI was 0.771～1.365 cm, t= 7.630, P<0.001. In the front and back direction, the maximum value is 1.93 cm, the minimum value is-0.63 cm, the maximum difference is 1.22 cm, the minimum difference is 0.
