靶向EGFR的食管癌分子靶向治疗新进展
New Advances in Molecular Therapy of Esophageal Cancer Targeting EGFR
【摘要】 食管癌占食管肿瘤的90%以上,是人类常见的恶性肿瘤。目前,食管癌的主要临床治疗方法是手术切除、放疗和化疗,但效果欠佳。分子靶向治疗以其特异性强、不良反应小、与放化疗协同及不易耐药等优点,在许多实体肿瘤治疗中已成功应用,且疗效可观,是肿瘤治疗的新希望。因此,食管癌的分子靶向治疗备受关注,分别靶向表皮生长因子受体和血管内皮生长因子及其受体、人表皮生长因子受体2、程序性死亡受体1、程序性死亡配体1。本文就食管癌分子靶向治疗中以表皮生长因子受体为靶点的临床研究最新进展作一综述,为食管癌的精准治疗提供依据。
【Abstract】 Esophageal cancer, which accounts for more than 90% of esophageal tumors, is a common malignant tumor in humans. At present, surgical resection, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main clinical treatment methods for esophageal cancer, but the results are not satisfactory. Molecular targeted therapy has been successfully applied in many solid tumors and has considerable curative effect due to its advantages of strong specificity, small adverse reactions, coordination with chemoradiotherapy and not easy drug resistance, which is a new hope for tumor therapy. Therefore, molecular targeted therapy for the ingot cancer has attracted much attention, targeting EGFR, VEGF and VEGFR, HER-2, PD-1,PD-L1. In this paper, the latest advances in the clinical research on epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) as the target in molecular targeted therapy for esophageal cancer are reviewed to provide the basis for the precise treatment of esophageal cancer.
