【摘要】 目的研究应用吲噪布芬治疗脑出血后遗症伴发心房颤动（AF）的临床疗效。方法本院收治的1例老年脑出血后遗症伴发AF、多发脑梗死患者应用吲哚布芬200mg·d^-1作为二级预防治疗,并随访3年。结果应用吲哚布芬对老年脑出血后遗症伴发AF及脑梗死患者进行二级预防,未出现颅内出血及栓塞事件。结论吲哚布芬做为心脑血管疾病二级预防的抗凝、抗血小板聚集替代治疗是相对安全而有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of indobufen to treat sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage complicated with atrial fibrillation（AF）.Methods A case of elderly patient with cerebral hemorrhage sequelae complicated with AF and multiple cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital was treated with indobufen 200 mg·d^-1 as secondary prevention treatment and followed up for 3 year.Results The secondary prevention of cerebral hemorrhage sequelae complicated with AF and cerebral infarction was performed with indobufen,and no bleeding or embolization events occurred.Conclusion Indobufen is relatively safe and effective as an alternative treatment for anticoagulation and antiplatelet aggregation in secondary prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.更多还原
