临海富水软弱地层综合管廊施工进度优化

Construction Progress Optimization of Comprehensive Pipe Corridor in Water-rich and Weak Stratum near the Sea

【摘要】 以福州市万新路地下综合管廊工程为依托,将建筑信息模型(BIM)技术与挣值分析法相结合,对地下综合管廊施工进度进行了优化。针对综合管廊K0+080~K0+275标段特点,通过BIM数据集成模型,运用系统的数据统计分析功能计算挣值法相关参数,绘制偏差分析图,并进行了进度偏差分析。通过纠偏措施方案比选,对工程进行有效管理。研究结果表明:K0+080~K0+275标段施工阶段进度偏差在第13周赶上计划工期。万新路综合管廊基坑开挖阶段、主体施工阶段和附属结构施工阶段3个施工节点的工期,分别缩短了23 d、19 d和14 d。检测项目风险等级均在中级及以下,满足规范要求。

【Abstract】 Based on the Wanxin road underground comprehensive pipe corridor project in Fuzhou city,the construction progress of underground comprehensive pipe corridor was optimized by using building information modeling (BIM) technology and earned value analysis method. According to the characteristics of the K0+080 ~K0+275 bid section of the comprehensive pipe corridor,the relevant parameters of the earned value method was calculated by using the data statistical analysis function of the system through the BIM data integration model. The deviation analysis chart was drawn,and the progress deviation analysis was carried out. Through the comparison and selection of corrective action plan,the project was effectively managed. The results indicate that the progress deviation of the K0+080 ~ K0+275 bid section during the construction phase reaches the planned period in the 13 th week. During the excavation phase of the foundation pit,the main construction phase and the auxiliary structure construction phase of Wanxin road comprehensive pipe corridor, the construction period of the three construction phases are shortened by 23 d,19 d and 14 d,respectively. The risk level of the test items is in the moderate level or below. The requirements of the specification is met.
