植物生长调节剂对软枣猕猴桃茎愈伤组织生长分化的影响
Effects of plant growth regulators on the growth and differentiation of stem callus of Actinidia arguta
【摘要】 以延龙二号软枣猕猴桃品种的无菌茎愈伤组织为试材,以MS为基本培养基,研究培养基中添加不同浓度细胞分裂素Zt、6-BA,添加不同浓度生长素NAA对愈伤组织生长和分化的影响。结果表明,MS+Zt 1.0 mg/L、MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L的愈伤组织生长好,褐化程度轻;MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L有利于促进愈伤组织分化不定芽,MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L的愈伤组织褐化晚且轻,有根分化,对愈伤组织培养效果最好。
【Abstract】 Taking the sterile callus from the stem of Yanlong No.2 as materials. The effects of different concentrations of cytokinin Zt, 6-BA and auxin NAA on callus growth and differentiation were studied using MS as the basic medium. The results showed that, there were significant differences in tissue culture growth of different Actinidia arguta and media. The results showed that callus grew well on MS+Zt 1.0 mg/L and MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L, and browning degree was light. MS+ 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.1 mg/L NAA could promote the adventitious bud differentiation of callus, while MS+ 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA had the best effect on callus culture.
