【摘要】 对晚熟葡萄品种金优2号进行日光温室延迟栽培,控制春季夜间低温推迟萌芽、秋季夜间保温、冬季延迟采收,研究葡萄的性状表现。结果表明,与露地栽培相比,金优2号日光温室延迟栽培可推迟萌芽期至4月20日,9月11日果粒开始着色,11月9日成熟,晚熟达30～60 d,可延迟采收至次年1月15日。果实紫红色鲜艳,延迟采收金优2号果粒纵、横径,单粒重均是变小趋势,单穗重明显小,产量降低6.92%;总酸含量低,可溶性固形物含量和固酸比大,口感酸甜味浓。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using late maturing variety Jinyou 2 as material, the effects of delayed cultivation on phenology, quality, yield and fruit characters of Jinyou 2 were studied, adopting technical measures such as low temperature delay germination in spring, heat preservation at night in autumn and delayed harvest in winter, the results showed that under the delayed cultivation mode, Jinyou 2 could delay the germination on April 20, start to color on September 11, mature on November 9, and postpone harvest until January 15 of the next year. Jinyou 2 grape in greenhouse in Luxi area could be put off the market 30～60 days later than that in open cultivation. Compared with open cultivation mode, grain weight and single grain weight of Jinyou 2 grape under delayed cultivation were lighter, vertical and horizontal diameter was smaller, total acid content was lower, but the soluble solid content and solid acid ratio of the fruit were higher.更多还原
