食品化学课程思政切入点的发掘

【摘要】 指出了在食品化学课程中,学生学知识技能,更要学做人做事。要重视对学生良好思想品德的塑造,才能更好地为专业服务。探索了在食品化学课程中发掘课程思政元素的途径,并梳理出了与教学内容相对应的课程思政切入点,力争将思想政治教育的显性育人功能与食品化学课程的隐性育人功能充分融合,增强学生的民生意识、法治意识和食品安全意识,坚定作为食品专业人的历史使命和责任担当,以实现专业课程与思想政治教育同向同行、协同育人的功能。

【Abstract】 In Food Chemistry course, students not only learn knowledge and skills, but also learn how to behave. Only by emphasizing the shaping of students’ good ideological and moral character can we better serve the profession. This paper discusses the ways to explore the ideological and political elements of the curriculum in the course of Food Chemistry, and combs out the ideological and political points of penetration corresponding to the teaching content. The explicit educational function of ideological and political education are fully integrated with the recessive educational function of food chemistry curriculum. Students’ consciousness of people’s livelihood, rule of law and food safety awareness which take on the historical mission and responsibility as food professionals are enhanced. Therefore, the functions of co-education of professional curriculum and ideological and political education in the same directioncan are realized.
