【摘要】 2020年面对突如其来的新冠疫情,学生居家时间久、运动量少、身体机能受到严重影响。为此对兰州石化职业技术学院2020-2021学年2020级大一学生体质健康测试数据结果进行统计分析,了解学生体质健康的基本情况,探索学生身体素质所存在的问题,为进一步提高大学生体质健康水平提供参考依据。研究结果显示:(1)受疫情影响2020级学生总体测试成绩相比往年有所下降,女生整体成绩高于男生;(2)学生身体素质较差,尤其是速度、耐力、下肢爆发力、上肢力量、腰腹力量等素质十分薄弱,需要进一步加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the face of the new crown disease in 2020, students have to stay at home for a long time, their physical functions are seriously affected. This paper makes a statistical analysis on the physical health test data of grade 20 freshmen in Lanzhou Petrochemical University of Vocational Technology from 2020 to 2021, grasps the basic situation of students’ physical health, studies the problems in their physical quality, and provides reference for further improving physical health level. The results show that: 1. Affected by the epidemic, the overall test scores of students in grade 2020 have declined compared with previous years, while the overall scores of girls are higher than boys. 2.
