【Abstract】 The modernization of rural governance ability is an important starting point to promote the overall revitalization of rural areas. The arrival of the digital era provides a guarantee for the in-depth development of rural governance ability modernization. The application of blockchain, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing and other technologies promotes the diversification of governance subjects, scientific decision-making, efficient public services and precise governance content.
