日粮中添加止痢草提取物对淮北麻鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响
Effect of feed with zhilishen extract on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of Huaibei partridge chicken
【摘要】 试验研究添加止痢草提取物对淮北麻鸡生长性能及血液生化指标的影响。试验选用109日龄淮北麻鸡432只,公母各半,随机分为2组:对照组和止痢草提取物组,每组为216只,设6个重复,每个重复36只(公母各半);试验期62 d,对照组饲喂基础日粮,止痢草提取物组在对照组基础日粮中添加200 g/t止痢草提取物。试验结果显示,与对照组相比,止痢草提取物组淮北麻鸡日增重增加4.43%(P>0.05),止痢草提取物组淮北麻鸡料增重比降低0.90%(P>0.05);与对照组相比,止痢草提取物组淮北麻鸡血清中IgA、IgG含量分别提高了63.13%(P<0.05)、80.08%(P<0.05);血清中IgM含量相同(P>0.05);与对照组相比,止痢草提取物组淮北麻鸡血清中总抗氧化能力提高18.92%(P<0.05);淮北麻鸡血清中血糖、总蛋白质、尿素、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶两组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,与对照组相比,淮北麻鸡日粮中添加200 g/t止痢草提取物其生长性能有一定程度的改善,血清免疫指标及总抗氧化能力有显著提高。
【Abstract】 The purpose of the study was to explore the effect of feed zhilishen extract on growth performance and Serum biochemical indexes of huaibei partridge chicken. A total of 432 109-day-old Huaibei partridge chicken, half male and half female, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and zhilishen extract group with 216 chickens in each group and 36 chickens in each replicate.The experimental period was 62 days.The control group was fed with the basic diet, and the extract group was added with 200 g/t zhilishen extract.The results showed that, ADG and F/G had no significant changes in each group compared with the control group.Compared with the control group, serum IgA and IgG of zhilishen extract group increased 63.13%(P<0.05)and 80.08%(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, serum total antioxidant capacity of zhilishen extract group increased 18.92%(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in serum blood glucose, total protein, urea, glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase between the two groups.In conclusion, compared with the control group, the growth performance, serum immune indexes and total antioxidant capacity of Huaibei chicken supplemented with 200 g/t extract of zhilishen can be improved to a certain extent.
