【Abstract】 China is a major selenium-deficient country. Eating selenium-enriched eggs can quickly and effectively solve the problem of selenium deficiency.In the production process of selenium-enriched eggs, the factors like different selenium sources, addition amounts, feeding days, and the addition of other vitamins, trace elements, methionine, and so on in the diet will affect the deposition of selenium in eggs.In order to provide reference for safe, effective and economical production of selenium-rich eggs, the factors were summarized in this article.更多还原
