气相色谱法检测饮料中毒死蜱残留前处理技术研究

【摘要】 采用有机溶剂萃取的方法对饮料进行前处理,通过气相色谱法对其中的毒死蜱残留量进行测定。重点考察了提取溶剂、提取次数、超声时间、浓缩方式4个因素对测定结果的影响。实验结果表明:以乙腈为提取剂,于超声波(功率700 W,水浴25℃)中下超声提取2次,每次2 min,再经旋转蒸发(水浴50℃)浓缩后,毒死蜱的回收率达99.3%~111.3%。该方法回收率高,浓缩时间短,工作效率高。

【Abstract】 The objective of this paper is to discuss the factors affecting the pretreatment process of chlorpyrifos in beverages. In the pre-treatment process of determination of chlorpyrifos in beverages, the selection of extractant,extraction times, ultrasonic time and concentration method were discussed by comparing the recovery rate. The results showed that Acetonitrile was used as the extractant, twice extraction, 2 min ultrasonic time and concentration method of Rotary evaporator had higher recovery rate, and the determination results were accurate and reliable.
