【摘要】 新时代中国面临着粮食需求的刚性增长、资源约束的日益突出，自然风险与市场风险加剧的挑战。加强对农业的扶持与保护，对农业实行补贴，是成功实现现代化国家的一个基本经验。文章对美国农业补贴政策措施及其调整路径进行了梳理，分析了不同阶段农业补贴的结构特征，以及政策效果，以把握和借鉴发达国家实施农业补贴的一般经验。中国应加快促进农业补贴的法制化，加大农业补贴支持力度，加强保护农业资源与生态资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new era, China is facing the challenges of rigid growth of grain demand, increasingly prominent resource constraints, and intensified natural and market risks. Strengthening the support and protection of agriculture and Subsidizing Agriculture is a basic experience of a successful modern country. This paper combs the policy measures and adjustment paths of American agricultural subsidies, analyzes the structural characteristics and policy effects of agricultural subsidies in different stages, in order to grasp and learn from the general experience of agricultural subsidies in developed countries.
