【摘要】 根据2009—2017年河南、湖北、江苏、山东、四川的省级面板数据,运用基于Cobb-Douglas生产函数的随机前沿分析(SFA)模型就产业集聚对农业生产技术效率的影响进行研究。研究结果表明,产业集聚对农业生产技术效率存在着较为显著的正向影响。因此,为了更好地发挥产业集聚对农业的促进作用,政府要加强对农业集聚区的扶持力度,帮助建立不同农户之间的合作关系,同时做好农户与加工企业之间的桥梁,保证农产品流通的通畅、快捷,从而能充分发挥农产品产业集聚的最大效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the provincial panel data of five provinces(Henan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Shandong, Sichuan) from 2009 to 2017, this paper uses the Stochastic Frontier analysis(SFA) model based on Cobb-Douglas production function to investigate the impact of industrial agglomeration on the technical efficiency of agricultural production. The results show that industrial agglomeration has a significant positive impact on the technical efficiency of agricultural production. Therefore, in order to better play a role of industrial agglomeration for the promotion of agriculture, the government should strengthen the support to the agricultural cluster area and help farmers build partnership between each other. At the same time, the government should make the bridge between farmers and processing enterprises to ensure agricultural products circulation unobstructed and efficient. So that it can give full play to the largest agricultural industrial cluster effect.更多还原
