【摘要】 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等对社会体育专业本科生实施导师制培养的内涵及意义进行探讨。研究表明:依据"健康中国"建设所需人才类型,采用本科生导师制人才培养模式,进一步细化社会体育专业人才培养方向,并对原有人才培养目标与业务培养要求进行丰富与补充,通过优化课程结构,加强实践环节及对本科生的个性化辅导等方式,能更有针对性地提高社会体育专业人才培养质量,满足推进"健康中国"建设所需专门人才,从而助力我国社会体育事业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 By the methods of literature, logic analysis and expert interview method, etc., the paper explores the connotation and significance of cultivation of tutorial system for undergraduates majoring in social sports. Research shows that according to the types of talents needed for the construction of "healthy China", adopting the undergraduate tutorial system can refine the social sports professional personnel training direction, enrich and complement the original goal of talent training and business training requirements. By optimizing the course structure, strengthening practice link, the quality of social sports professional personnel training can be more targeted to improve so as to promote the construction of "healthy China" to meet the required specialized personnel, helping with the development of social undertakings of physical culture and sports in our country.更多还原
