【摘要】 报道1例胫前粘液性水肿。患者女,52岁,双下肢胫前皮肤出现包块1年。临床表现:左侧胫前可见一5 cm×7 cm大小结节,质韧,表面皮肤菲薄紧张;右侧胫前可见大小不等暗红色斑块,皮肤表面凹凸不平。皮损组织病理学检查:表皮轻度角化,真皮内胶原纤维间见大量黏蛋白沉积。阿辛蓝染色阳性。诊断:(1)胫前粘液性水肿;(2)甲状腺功能减退。治疗:皮损内注射糖皮质激素,纠正甲减。2个月后皮损较前明显好转。更多还原

【Abstract】 This is a case report of pretibial myxoedema.A 52-year-old woman presented with anterior tibial skin mass in both lower limbs for 1 year. A 5 cm×7 cm size nodule was observed in the left anterior tibia skin. The surface skin was tough and thin. On the right anterior tibia, dark red patches of unequal size could be seen, and the skin surface was uneven. Histopathological examination of the skin indicated that the histological image was consistent with pretibial myxedema. Pretibial myxedema was diagnosed for this patient and glucocorticoid was injected into the skin lesion.更多还原
