【Abstract】 Neuritin, as a member of neurotrophic factor family, plays an important role in inhibiting neuron apoptosis, promoting axon regeneration and development of nervous system.Neuritin is likely a target for peripheral and central nervous system disease therapy.Neuritin not only acts on the nervous system, but also plays an important role in angiogenesis.In this review, the role of Neuritin in the nervous system and its role in angiogenesis are discussed in recent years.更多还原
