【摘要】 1例12岁腊肠犬后腹部存在肿块,为确定肿块性质,采用血液学检查、影像学检查、细胞学检查、病理组织学检查,并回顾相关文献。X光显示腹部后侧存在中等密度影像;B超显示肿瘤存在低回声区及高回声外围;细胞学显示存在高度堆积细胞团,细胞异型性大、细胞质稀少、细胞核巨大、内部较为粗糙,可见数量不等的核仁,核质比大,细胞边界不清晰;病理组织学显示肿块由腺上皮细胞所组成,排列呈大小不一的管状结构,细胞边界不清楚,具有较大且空泡样细胞核和明显的细胞核仁。细胞呈现中度大小不一,可见有丝分裂相。结合细胞学及病理组织学结果确诊为罕见的管状乳腺癌。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 12-year-old Dachshund dog had a mass in the posterior abdomen. In order to determine the nature of the mass, hematological examination, imaging examination, cytological examination and histopathological examination were used, and the related literature was reviewed. X-ray showed that there were moderate density images in the back of abdomen. B-ultrasound showed hypoechoic area and hyperechoic periphery. Cytology showed that there were high accumulation of cell mass, large cell heteromorphism, few cytoplasm, large nucleus, rough interior, large nucleolus to nucleoplasm ratio and unclear cell boundary. Histopathology showed that the cells were composed of glandular epithelial cells, arranged in tubular structures of different sizes, with unclear cell boundaries, large vacuole like nuclei and obvious nucleoli. The cells showed moderate size and mitotic phase. Combined with cytological and histopathological findings, the dog was diagnosed as a rare tubular breast cancer.更多还原
