【摘要】 为探究庄河大骨鸡快慢羽种鸡群的种质特性,试验测定庄河大骨鸡快慢羽种群体重、体尺及蛋品质等指标,并进行分析。结果表明:庄河大骨鸡慢羽种鸡6 w时,公、母鸡平均体重为705.5 g,18 w公鸡体重显著高于母鸡体重(P<0.05);快羽种鸡6 w时,公、母鸡平均体重为665.5 g,18 w公鸡体重显著高于母鸡体重(P<0.05)。18 w时,快慢羽种鸡群的体尺指标差异明显(P<0.05)。慢羽种鸡群蛋白重显著高于快羽种鸡群(P<0.05),其余蛋品质指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,庄河大骨鸡早期生长速度较快,慢羽品系优于快羽品系;慢羽品系体尺上优于快羽品系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the germplasm characteristics of Zhuanghe Dagu chicken fast and slow feathering breeder flocks, the experiment measured and analyzed indexes such as Zhuanghe Dagu chicken fast and slow feathering population weight, body size and egg quality. The results showed that the average weight of male and female chickens was 705.5 g at 6 week of Zhuanghe Dagu chicken slow-feathering breeders, and the weight of 18-week males was significantly higher than that of hens(P<0.05); at 6 week of fast-feathering breeders, the average weight of males and females was 705.5 g. The average weight of males and females was 665.5 g, and the weight of 18 week males was significantly higher than that of females(P<0.05). At 18 week, there was a significant difference in body measurements between fast and slow feather breeder flocks(P<0.05). The egg quality indexes of fast-feathering breeder flocks were tested, except that the protein weight of slow-feathering breeder flocks was significantly higher than that of fast-feathering breeder flocks(P<0.05), and the differences were not significant(P>0.05). The study indicates that Zhuanghe Dagu chicken has a faster early growth rate, and the slow-feathering strain is better than the fast-feathering strain; the slow-feathering strain is better than the fastfeathering strain in body size.更多还原
